We offer 24-hour 365 day emergency cover for equines on the Isle of Wight and equine dentistry on the South Coast of England. Our normal working hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Outside of normal working hours additional charges may apply unless by prior arrangement. All treatments must be paid for at the time of consultation. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card (holder must be present) or BACS (details on request).

Standard charges

 Call out (within normal hours) - £44*

 Routine Dental - £60

 Remedial Dental - from £80 depending on work required

 Sedation for Dental - £20 (routine dentals done by us only)

 Routine Examination - £52

 Routine Re-Examination - £47

 Flu Vaccination and Check over - £43

 Flu and Tetanus Vaccination and Check over - £50

 Tetanus Only Vaccination and Check over - £29.50

 Castrations - approximately £350 including all drugs, depending on size**

 X-Rays - £150 setup fee plus £25 per plate (each plate after the first 10 £22.50)***

 Take Bloods - £19.50 (lab fees will apply and vary according to bloods taken)

 Prescriptions - £15 (animal must be under our care)

*If you are not registered with us then the charge will be £200 to cover the cost of the time obtaining history and background information and due to the disruption to our own clients.

**The above price is for castrations done under standing sedation; general anaesthesia is more and an estimate will be provided prior to the procedure.

***Not including  sedation, if necessary.

Appointments are given as 8.30am, early morning (between 9 and 10.30am), late morning (after 10.30am), lunchtime (12-1.30pm), early afternoon (1.30-3pm) or late afternoon (after 3pm). These times are approximates and may be subject to change depending on emergencies. We will endeavour to inform you of any changes at the earliest opportunity. Should you fail to attend as arranged we reserve the right to charge the applicable call out fee.
